Terms of Service

Agreement and operator

These Terms of Service govern access to RunAPilot, a service operated by GA Infotech, LLC (“GA Infotech,” “RunAPilot,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing the service, administering a pilot, connecting an advertising account, or submitting a pilot response, you agree to these Terms. If you use RunAPilot for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

RunAPilot helps operators design and host market-validation pilots, publish landing pages and surveys, collect first-party evidence and attribution, review responses, compare aggregated advertising performance, and generate AI-assisted analysis. RunAPilot is a research and decision-support tool. It does not guarantee market demand, business success, advertising performance, or the accuracy of any recommendation.

Research pilots and participation

A pilot, landing page, survey, interview invitation, or expression of interest is not a promise that a product or service will be built, offered, or made available on any particular terms. Participation is voluntary. Respondents should provide only information they are comfortable sharing and may skip optional contact fields.

Accounts and operator responsibilities

Pilot operators are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting account credentials, reviewing generated content before publication, and ensuring that their pilots, advertising, surveys, follow-up communications, and use of evidence comply with applicable laws and platform policies. Operators must provide any additional notices or obtain any consents required for their particular research, audience, or jurisdiction.

Operators may not use RunAPilot to collect information they are not authorized to collect, target children unlawfully, make deceptive claims, discriminate unlawfully, or solicit highly sensitive information without a demonstrated lawful need and appropriate safeguards.

Your content and evidence

You retain ownership of content and information you submit. You grant GA Infotech a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service and comply with law. Pilot operators receive access to responses submitted to their pilots. Operators must handle respondent information consistently with the applicable privacy notices and permissions.

AI-assisted features

AI-generated drafts and analyses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use. Operators must review them before relying on or publishing them. AI output does not replace customer evidence, professional advice, or independent judgment, and RunAPilot preserves the underlying evidence separately from derived analysis.

Advertising integrations

Google Ads and Meta Ads integrations are read-only. RunAPilot may retrieve authorized account and campaign metadata, spend, impressions, and clicks, but does not create or publish ads, change targeting, modify bids or budgets, or pause or resume campaigns. Advertising accounts remain subject to the applicable platform’s terms and policies. You are responsible for your campaigns and may revoke or disconnect access at any time.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service; interfere with its operation; probe or bypass security or rate limits; access another user’s account or private data without authorization; upload malware; submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive material; use automated means that burden the service; or use RunAPilot to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

RunAPilot property

RunAPilot and its software, design, branding, documentation, and other service materials are owned by GA Infotech or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Third-party services

RunAPilot may interoperate with third-party services such as Google, Meta, and OpenAI. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make to their products, APIs, or policies.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how GA Infotech collects, uses, and shares information through RunAPilot. A pilot operator may provide an additional privacy notice that applies to its research.

Availability, changes, and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse, or enforce these Terms. Pilot operators may stop using the service and disconnect advertising accounts at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunAPilot is provided “as is” and “as available.” GA Infotech disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that collected evidence or generated analysis will produce a particular outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GA Infotech and its members, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the service. GA Infotech’s total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to GA Infotech for RunAPilot during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Governing law

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised Terms here and update the date above. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
